Delivery calculation
Stock-order delivery will be calculated from total shipment weight using admin-managed bands. Orders above 1000 kg will be routed to a manual delivery quotation rather than automatic checkout.
Access and receipt
Heavy or crated stone deliveries may require suitable access and assistance at the delivery address. Product-specific delivery requirements will be confirmed before dispatch.
Returns
The final policy will distinguish standard stock products from made-to-measure goods, which may have different cancellation and return rights. Nothing in the final policy will limit statutory consumer rights.
Damage reporting
A documented inspection and reporting window, evidence requirements and resolution process will be added before launch.
